Job Summary:

The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding top talent to support business needs. This role partners with the HR team and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, execute the recruiting process, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting the right talent with fantastic opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the recruitment process to fill roles primarily in company-owned and operated schools. May assist with other corporate roles.
  • Collaborates with hiring managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting strategies based on the available roles, recruiting standards, and the organization's needs.
  • Assists with job posting and advertising of open roles.
  • Screens applications and recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers.
  • Schedules interviews; prepares interview questions and other selection materials.
  • Conducts background and reference checks to ensure candidate qualifications and compliance.
  • Prepares, delivers, and negotiates offer letters in collaboration with hiring managers and HR leadership.
  • Initiates and facilitates the onboarding process through ADP WorkforceNow to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Collaborates with the hiring manager and human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary offers, start dates, and onboarding details.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws,regulations, and company policies.
  • Assists with the onboarding process in ADP to ensure effective and accurate records are maintained.  
  • May need to travel to attend recruiting events, site visits, company meetings, and training.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for the recruitment of roles.
  • Proactive and independent. Takes initiative to identify process improvements.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
  • Experience with ADP TotalSource preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite preferred.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field OR equivalent work experience required.
  • Two years of recruiting and HR processing is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

YEB is looking for a highly-motivated, experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager. As the right-hand to the Functional Controller for Accounts Payable, this will be a highly visible position within the YEB accounting shared service organization with interactions across various departments and the opportunity to make a significant impact. This role will own the accounts payable processes from invoice receipt, through approval, to payment for the entire YEB Group. Primary responsibilities will also encompass the leadership and supervision of a team of on- and off-shore skilled AP professionals as well as the close collaboration with cross-functional business unit (BU) operational teams to ensure invoices are coded correctly, paid timely and that various vendor relationships are sustained and built in a professional manner. To be successful in this role, the AP Manager should possess the ability to conduct and oversee a wide variety of AP processes and projects as well as professionally team with multiple stakeholders and business partners. An ideal candidate would not only be a self-starter who is driven to learn and add value quickly but also should be savvy in Excel, have excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal skills, and the ability to create and maintain a team-oriented environment. This position will play a crucial role in maintaining the effective functioning of our financial operations across multiple subsidiaries, aligning with established protocols and internal standards as well as reviewing and analyzing current processes for potential improvements. This role is for a self-motivated, reliable individual, who, by ensuring financial integrity and promoting financial transparency, will contribute to the rapid growth and success of the company.
